Subject: the Truth about
Ian Van Dahl
I just wanted to let you know that
there is a catch to the world hit Castles in the sky.
If you bought the CD or you've seen
the cover... None of the girls on there is the singer
that you hear in the song.
How come? Well it's simply because
the record company deprived the real singer of the
credits that she was entitled to. The real singer
is Marsha and she really has been working hard for
her carreer and then when she really had her big break,
wham! they took her dream away from her. Well, the
music business is tough, that's for sure. Especially
if you're working on a project called Ian Van Dahl.
Marsha is a very good friend of mine
and she really deserves to be known because it's her
voice that really got Castles in the sky into the
charts. Oh, and did i mention that she wrote the lyrics
too? Ah, the producers didn't even like the lyrics
at first, but co-signed for the lyrics anyway, just
matter of stealing as much as possible i suppose.
Well anyway, Marsha is working on a lot of new projects
(NOT WITH IAN VAN DAHL) and her next releases will
be "Distant Places" by LD30 featuring Marsha
X (colaboration with DJ/producers in the USA, It will
be released in the USA first.), "Moments"
by Tales of DJ Philip featuring Marsha.
Check out previews of these
tracks at her website.
If you want to find out more about
Marsha, or see her pictures or sign her guestbook
or whatever.... just go to http://www.marsha.be
and do my lovely friend Marsha a favor by letting
her know that you know about the true story.
She sometimes has a tough time coping
with what's happening with her soulchild "Castles
in the sky". Imagine being deprived of a world
hit!!! Isn't that the one thing that all artists really
are hoping for??? Well, Marsha should have had it
but they stole it from her!! Nice, huh?
Well anyway, Hope you visit her website!
God knows that although her future looks pretty bright
she still has a lot of trouble getting through all
So here's the site again:
Tell her i said "Hi"
... without music, life is
like a journey through a desert ...
